Catherine is an experienced Registered Dietitian working with ESN. She is a trained Yoga Instructor with a degree in Psychology. She has experience providing nutrition education and lifestyle counseling to optimize health & wellness. She is well versed in Diabetes management, Cardiovascular Disease, Chronic Disease Management, Weight Loss / Management, Sports Performance, Family Meal Planning and Disorder Eating/Eating Disorders. Catherine uses her experience and knowledge of nutrition, psychology and Yoga principles to provide Life Coaching that is based both on science and holistic approaches to achieve optimal health.
