What is Sports Physiotherapy?

Sports physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy focused on preventing, diagnosing, and treating injuries related to sports and physical activity.   • Creating training programs to reduce injury risk

2. Injury Treatment & Rehabilitation

  • Treating sprains, strains, tendon injuries, fractures, and overuse injuries

  • Guiding athletes through safe and progressive rehabilitation

3. Performance Enhancement

  • Improving mobility, biomechanics, and strength
  • Advising on technique and training loads

4. Return-to-Sport Planning
