Rotator cuff tears may develop in middle-aged individuals due to the gradual degeneration or wear and tear of the tendons in the shoulder. Over 40% of individuals over the age of 60 develop asymptomatic rotator cuff tears.

  HEALTHY HABITS

A healthy habit is any activity or behaviour that can benefit your physical, mental, or emotional well-being. At first, small changes might not seem that effective.  But when you put together dozens of tiny habits you can create a framework for a healthy life.

Eating Healthier

This Garlic Herb Mushroom Pasta savory dish combines spaghetti with garlic, cremini mushrooms, fresh tarragon, chives, cashew cream, extra-virgin olive oil, and several other mouth-watering ingredients.

The recipe is vegan-friendly and regular cream can be substituted for cashew cream for those who are not following a vegan diet. In addition to its delicious flavor, this pasta dish entree is a good source of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Try it for lunch or dinner.
